Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1–4 business days, depending on the items in your order. Each product is prepared with care to ensure the best experience, and we aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping timelines are our best estimates. Provided that all items in an order are available, we do our best to process orders by the end of the next business day – if not sooner.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery speed will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for potential carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If your order has already been processed, it will fall under our Return Policy.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, as well as Guam, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Due to higher carrier rates and extended delivery distances, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $100.
Shipping costs to these locations are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates and the weight and size of your order. All available options and estimated delivery times will be shown during the checkout process.
We do our best to process all orders by the end of the next business day, provided that all items are in stock.
Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first verify the shipping address on your order. Check all areas around your home, apartment, or office, and ask others in your household or building who may have accepted the delivery.
Please note that packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely. We recommend waiting an additional 3 business days from the delivery date. If the package still has not arrived, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Lost Package Claims
All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the listed delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
